Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains how November Tech Solutions ("NTS", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit novteksol.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Who we are
November Tech Solutions is a cybersecurity solutions provider based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For this website we act as the data fiduciary. You can reach us at info@novteksol.com or +91 79 7518 5751.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form on our website, we collect your email address, mobile number and the description you write. When you email or call us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company, job title and anything else you choose to include.
- Technical information. Our website is hosted by Wix. When you visit, Wix's servers process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site. Wix may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Enquiry form submissions are stored in our Wix account and forwarded to our team by email. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange discovery sessions, assessments and proposals
- To provide, support and invoice the services you engage us for
- To send you information about our services where you have asked us to, or have agreed to receive it
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We process your data on the basis of your consent — which you give when you contact us voluntarily — and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as responding to a request you have made.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract — such as our website host (Wix), email and CRM providers — and, where you ask us to, with technology partners whose solutions we are proposing to you. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and customer records for as long as the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
How we protect it
As a cybersecurity firm, we apply the safeguards we recommend to our clients, including access control, encryption in transit and at rest where supported, and monitoring. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data
- Withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
To exercise any of these rights or raise a grievance, email info@novteksol.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within the time required by law.

Our website and services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
